The band has been together for two years and play Bossa Nova with an authentic Brazilian feel. The set includes familiar and lesser known or unexpected material, tempos range from slow sensual bossas to swinging samba grooves, chirinhos and baiao.

Cathy Jones has played with a number of band including Bem Bom, Zumbida and Sirius B, and was a member of Bristol Samba School.
Joe Cavanagh together with Azhaar is the driving force behind Sirius B.

Kevin Figis leads his own jazz combos including Detour and Ultrasound, and plays in Sirius B and Keith Tippet's Tapestry.
Sam Tomkins was a long-standing member of Cardiff Samba School and leads Bath Samba School.
