Ponchartrain is a four-piece outfit fronted by Paul Godden specialising in vintage (almost acoustic) country music with Cajun, TexMex and a whole mess of influences thrown in for good measure.

Joining Paul in the line-up are fellow "Rimshots" John Lewis and Mandy Davidson on guitar and vocals and double bass respectively, not forgetting Paul's wife Jean on fiddle and accordion. A rare chance to see Ponchartrain as the Rimshots are kept busy touring the universe, especially since the association with Van Morrison and Paul's appearance on Van's album "You Win Again".
