Crazy Rhythm are an East Coast trio playing music which is firmly rooted in the style of the great Gypsy guitarist Django Reinhardt. But not only do they reflect the European gypsy tradition: their unique combinations of jazz, classical, and world music range from Mozart to Latin American, from ragtime to rippling waltzes of the Bal Musette, from Hungarian Csardas to driving rhythms of Flamenco and Fado.

Although they are now widely acclaimed as one of the top Hot Club groups in the country, their large and varied repertoire crosses musical barriers with ease, and their distinctive arrangements have proved to be equally popular in jazz clubs and concert halls alike.

The band are: Paul Hares - solo guitar, mandolin, banjo; Tony Wright - rhythm guitar; Nigel Thompson - double bass.
