Como are Liam Jennings - vocals and guitar, Andy Wilby - guitars, Nick Savage - bass, Christian Savage - Drums.

Como was formed in September 2000 out of a need to wrench beautiful sounds from guitars and to write intelligent and well-crafted songs. After a brief flirtation with a different combo, Liam and Andy decided that they needed to pursue a certain style of song writing together. Regrouping and rethinking, the emphasis was on writing, writing and more writing. Time was spent honing a style that suited the mood and direction of the songs that began to emerge. Using acoustic and shimmering electric guitars the songs began to take shape and evolve of their own accord. Both Liam and Andy realised the musical connection represented a vehicle by which the songs might reach the live arena.

After a few months looking for the right people, Como recruited the Savage Brothers for the rhythm section. With Nick on bass and Chris on drums, the band have been playing for about 12 months to appreciative audiences in Bristol. Como have also recorded a new three-track demo 'Can't Hold On".
