Friday 1st

Troubleshooter - £4

R’n’B covers from the likes of Dr. Feelgood, George Thorogood and the Destroyers, Canned Heat etc.

Saturday 2nd

Atomic Rays - £4

Playing the likes of Bowie, Purple, The Who, The Tubes, Bolan and The Stones with flamboyance and energy.

Sunday 3rd

Acoustic Session

Bring your instrument, grab a beer, pull up a seat and play along for the fun of it.

Best of the Love-In Acoustic Showcase

The first Monday of each month sees a new night at The Prom showcasing the very best talent from the weekly Saturday Love-In acoustic session at the Seven Stars.

Pop Quiz

Longest running pop quiz in town. £1 per person. Max 6 per team.

Wednesday 6th

Hmna Hmna

Alternative, lounge, jazz, pop. Check it out, you’ll be glad you did.

Thursday 7th

Steve Payne

Blues interpreter, superb singer/songwriter and guitar wizard. Be there.

Friday 8th

Mark Smallman Band - £4

Some originals and covers by such as Gary Moore, Pink Floyd, Robben Ford, Alvin Lee etc.

Saturday 9th

Bula Bula Band - £4

Rock’n’Roll night with the extended Bula Bula playing live, plus all recorded music will be of that era. A rockin’ evening guaranteed.

Sunday 10th

Acoustic Session

Bring your instrument, grab a beer, pull up a seat and play along for the fun of it.

Monday 11th

Jazz Del Bario

Trio playing a repertoire of jazz standards, combining up-tempo swing, ballads and smooth Latin sounds.

Pop Quiz

Longest running pop quiz in town. £1 per person. Max 6 per team.

Wednesday 13th

Honey On My Grave

A four piece acoustic band playing a distinctive mix of blues, bluegrass and 'old' country their way. If you want songs about murder, adultery and misspent youth this is the band to see. Honey on my Grave are Tanja Rice (vocals/guitar), Glen Martin(percussion), Paul Mahon (double bass) and Martin Froud (dobro).

Thursday 14th

Toy Hearts

Traditional and contemporary bluegrass. Their original material draws on Western Swing, Jazz and Country.

Friday 15th

Mean Blue Monsters - £4

If Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughn etc. are your cup-of-tea you’re just gonna love these guys.

Saturday 16th

Mike Hoddinott Allstars - £4

Solid r’n’b and blues from a stellar collection of musicians.

Sunday 17th

Acoustic Session

Monday 18th

High Jingo

Well known jazz covers, some unexpected renderings and a few originals. Featuring Jackie Greenwood on sax.

Wednesday 20th

Denise Marie

Swampy blues, funky folk, New Orleans influenced, strong and soft, smoky and tender voice, complemented by tasty guitar playing.

Thursday 21st

The Loose String Band

Old Timey, bluegrass, gospel etc. featuring some well known faces. Do not miss.

Friday 22nd

Hot Dog Jackson - £4

Putting their own R’n’B, reggae, blues stamp on Johnny Winter, Freddy King, Everley’s, Stones etc.

Saturday 23rd

Innes Sibun - £4

One of the mainstays of the British blues scene back at the Prom with his band of top notch musicians.

Sunday 24th

Acoustic Session

Monday 25th

In The Round

Various performers with an eclectic mix of material, solo and/or together. Always worth a visit.

Pop Quiz

Wednesday 27th

Jess Bean

4 piece with a fine blend of country, folk and bluegrass. Just what the doctor ordered.

Thursday 28th

The Whole Band

Acoustic country/roots/folk covering all bases including bluegrass, cajun, Americana etc. great songs whether covers or originals and great harmonies.

Friday 29th

Jesse Love Band - £4

In the vein of the masters of soul and funk Stevie Wonder, Prince, James Brown, D'angelo etc.

Saturday 30th

The Bones - £4

Probably the best rock band in town, covering material as diverse as Chuck Berry rock'n'roll to the Jayhawks alt-country to Rolling Stones style r'n'b and more.
